Helix Society is an exclusive, members-only community designed for the most passionate Tennessee Hills spirits enthusiasts. As a member, you’ll gain access to rare and limited-edition spirits, exclusive events, behind-the-scenes experiences, and unique insights directly from Stephen and Jessica Callahan, our Founders, and the Tennessee Hills team. It’s more than just a membership—it’s a journey into the heart of Helix Society, where you become part of our inner circle and celebrate the craft of spirits with like-minded aficionados.

Memberships can be purchased in two different ways: Annually (payment once a year) or quarterly (payment once a quarter).

Rare and exclusive bottles

Each quarter, members will be presented with a product of Tennessee Hill’s rarest and most sought-after liquid, handpicked just for them by Owner and Master Distiller Stephen Callahan.

Invitations to members-only events

Members will be invited to a variety of exclusive events, both in-person and online, designed to deepen their connection with Helix Society. From private distillery tours and behind-the-scenes experiences with the Tennessee Hills team,  to exclusive tasting sessions and special release previews, these events offer unique opportunities to go behind the scenes with Helix Society. Whether they’re meeting our team or connecting with fellow enthusiasts, each event is crafted to be memorable, giving members a chance to savor the finest Helix Society has to offer and be a part of our close-knit community.  We will do our best to accommodate +1 requests when events allow for it.  You’ll be notified well in advance to ensure you can plan accordingly.

Members enjoy a range of exclusive privileges designed to enhance their connection to Tennessee Hills. From priority access to limited releases and special events to complimentary experiences and member-only perks, these benefits ensure a deeper, more immersive journey into the world of whiskey. Whether visiting the distillery or engaging from afar, members receive unique opportunities to experience the legacy, craftsmanship, and hospitality that defines Tennessee Hills.

Family Membership

• Includes one bottle of each release, to share between both members.
• Two tickets to each event.
• A member home for each family member
• A digital ID card for each family member
• Two town hall votes each year
• Family Members are both entitled all benefits when on the property.
• Complimentary tickets for two members for distillery tours

Individual Membership

• Designed for one person only.
• Option to purchase a plus-one ticket for select events, based on availability.
• Includes one of each bottle per quarter.
• One vote during society town hall virtual events.

All membership plans include one set of gifts per account. Family plans share a single set between both members.

No, members don’t have to pay for the products included in the membership. As a Helix Society member, you will receive exclusive and rare product each quarter as part of your membership benefits—these are covered by your annual membership dues.

‍

Additionally, as a member, you’ll be among the first to know about special bottle releases before they are announced to the general public. While these special releases are available for purchase, members’ early access ensures you have the first opportunity to secure them.

For members who live far away or are unable to attend an event due to unforeseen circumstances, bottles will be shipped at the end of each bottle release pick-up period (30 days after the bottle is released).

There is a 30-day window to pick up your quarterly bottles in person.

For members in states where shipping is allowed, we’ll send a reminder before that window closes. If the bottles remains unclaimed, we will offer you a shipping option for an additional shipping & handling fee.

If you live in a no-shipping state, we reserve the right to cancel your membership and issue a prorated refund if the bottles have not been claimed after 30 days.

For members who live outside of the state or are unable to attend an event for unforeseen circumstances, arrangements for the shipment of a bottle, for an additional fee, will be offered. Please note that shipping does not happen until the end of each 30-day bottle pick-up period.

We can ship to all states except for Arkansas, Utah, and Hawaii.

Membership changes

Memberships can be changed from Individual to Family, and vice versa, based upon availability. Please just email our concierge team: Concierge@thehelixsociety.vip

Membership Cancellations

Membership can be canceled at any time, no questions asked. Members on the annual payment plan will receive a prorated refund for the remaining period of their subscription. For members on the quarterly payment plan, membership remains active until the end of the quarter and will not be charged for following quarters.

Membership Transfers

Memberships cannot be transferred to anyone else.

Depending on availability, members’ plus ones will be able to purchase an additional bottle at each member event. These must be purchased on-site and cannot be shipped.
